Our own Harriet Slaughter will be honored with a Galaxy Award at NYWA’s Star Breakfast on December 7th. Linda Fairstein, one of America's foremost legal experts on crimes of violence and well-known crime novelist, will be accepting the 2010 Elinor Guggenheimer Lifetime Achievement Award.
