Jill BC Du Boff began as a "Board Op" working at theaters "all over town". She became a full-time sound designer in 2000 when she designed and ran the WIT national tour. Since the, she has deisigned the sound fro the Broadway Productions of THE CONSTANT WIFE, THE GOOD BODY, BILL MAHER: VICTORY…, THREE DAYS OF RAIN (assoc), INHERIT THE WIND (assoc). Off-Broadway includes; Atlantic, MTC, MCC, Playwrights Horizons, Public, Vineyard, Second Stage, NYTW, WP, Flea, Cherry Lane, Signature, Clubbed Thumb, Culture Project, Actor’s Playhouse, New Group, Promenade, Urban Stages, Houseman, Fairbanks, Soho Rep, Adobe . David Van Tieghem is a New York-based percussionist and performance artist noted for his collaborations with Laurie Anderson, Brian Eno, Steve Reich & Musicians, David Byrne, Talking Heads, Pink Floyd, John Cale, Nona Hendryx, Graciela Daniele, the Big Apple Circus, Merce Cunningham, and Peter Gordon’s Love of Life Orchestra, among many others. Since 1977 he has been presenting his solo percussion-theater performances in venues throughout the world, including Carnegie Hall, the Composers Showcase Series, the Serious Fun! Festival at Lincoln Center, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis—to name only a few. He has composed for music videos, dance, performance, and theater, and his original video works, “Ear Drums,” “Ear Responsibility,” and the well-known “Ear to the Ground,” wherein he literally “plays” the streets of New York as if they were a musical instrument, have become international favorites.
