Our first Professional Seminar of the 2022-2023 season was Artist as Activist: The Power of Personal Story, led by Yvette Heyliger, on Saturday, December 3rd at 2 pm EST on Zoom.

Artist as Activist: The Power of Personal Story asked members to share their personal stories, centered on a particular social justice issue. It helps us to communicate who we are and what matters to us; what is at stake and the urgency or need to come together to take action.

Artist as Activist: The Power of Personal Story was the first joint event between the League of Professional Theatre Women and Honor Roll!, an advocacy and action group for women+ playwrights over 40 and their women+ allies over 40.

The video recording of the Professional Seminar is available here until March 31, 2023.
